The Administrative Committee of the LIAC-BBA is composed of the following 12 members:
- The President of the Beirut Bar Association
- The Secretary of the Beirut Bar Association
- The Treasurer of the Beirut Bar Association
- The General Roll Decider of the Beirut Bar Association
- The Director of the LIAC-BBA
- Seven lawyers registered on the general roll of the Beirut Bar Association for more than ten years who specialize in arbitration.
The Administrative Committee decides on the general policy of the LIAC-BBA, including but not limited to :
- Approving and amending the Bylaws of the LIAC-BBA
- Appointing and dismissing the members of the Higher Arbitration Council
- Appointing and dismissing the members of the Secretariat
- Handling the administrative and financial affairs of the LIAC-BBA
- Approving and amending the LIAC-BBA arbitration rules
- Approving and amending the schedule of expenses, costs, and fees.
